Gospelkeep Support
Please do not send passwords, Apple private credentials, authentication tokens, payment-card details, or private prayer text unless the information is genuinely necessary to resolve your request.
Account and sign-in help
Gospelkeep supports account access through the authentication methods available in the app, which may include Sign in with Apple and email sign-in using a six-digit one-time code. Enter the code from the email into the app to authenticate the sign-in attempt.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@gospelkeep.com.
Delete your Gospelkeep account
Use the in-app Delete Gospelkeep account control in Settings → Account.
For security, Gospelkeep may ask you to confirm your identity again before deletion.
Before deleting your account, use Export My Keep if you want to preserve a copy of supported Keep data.
When deletion succeeds under the current Gospelkeep behavior, the server-side Gospelkeep account is deleted and that account's local Keep on the device, including Recently Removed or Trash, is cleared. Applicable Sign in with Apple authorization is also revoked as part of the account-deletion process where supported.
Important: deleting a Gospelkeep account does not necessarily cancel an Apple subscription.
Restore purchases
Use the Restore Purchases control in Gospelkeep when a previous App Store purchase is not reflected in the app. Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
A successfully completed Founding Lifetime purchase may be restored through this process, subject to server-side verification of the original App Store purchase.
If access is still not restored, contact support@gospelkeep.com and describe what you see. Do not send payment-card details.
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription
Apple manages App Store billing. Use Apple's subscription controls on your Apple device or account to view, manage, or cancel an active Gospelkeep subscription.
Read Apple's instructions for cancelling a subscription.
Deleting Gospelkeep or deleting your Gospelkeep account is not a substitute for cancelling an Apple recurring subscription.
Technical troubleshooting
- confirm that your iPhone has an active internet connection for public readings, narration, account, and purchase services;
- close and reopen Gospelkeep;
- check that iOS and Gospelkeep are up to date;
- review notification and microphone permissions in iOS Settings if the affected feature uses them;
- use Restore Purchases if an App Store entitlement is missing.
If the issue continues, email support@gospelkeep.com with the iPhone model, iOS version, app version, affected screen, and what happened. Avoid including private prayer text.
Privacy requests
For privacy questions or requests, email support@gospelkeep.com.
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information Gospelkeep controls. We may need to verify your identity before acting on some requests.
Private Keep prayer text is designed to remain local to your device rather than being stored in Gospelkeep's server-side account database.
Read the complete Privacy Policy.
Marketing email preferences
Every Gospelkeep promotional email should include a clear unsubscribe method.
You may also request to stop promotional emails by contacting support@gospelkeep.com.
Marketing opt-out does not stop necessary account, purchase, security, privacy, or legal messages.
Advertising and privacy
Gospelkeep may advertise Gospelkeep using third-party marketing platforms. Gospelkeep does not provide private prayer text, Keep entries, private Keep searches, prayer audio, or local Catholic or Orthodox tradition selection to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.
For more information, read the Gospelkeep Privacy Policy.
Report a security or privacy concern
